We shall be setting up at 7 pm on Wednesday March 25, 2009 as usual for Village Mandala. Vernon had some good suggestions to use masking tape wrapped on a hanger to label your items with name and price or barter/ trade so folks know who to talk with. Best to bring and use a permanent marker that will dry completely on the tape or label and not ruin your clothing. One could use tags with string if you have those kinds of supplies. I think I mentioned before that we will be bringing a 6 foot clothing rack, we do not know how many items there will be to share the space, so labeling is a strong suggestion . Bring hangars, too please. There are the two big tables there, however, we can use the lighted stage area with clothes draped on the floor and steps for display. Let's see how this goes. Ideas and suggestions welcome. Potluck will be the usual bring what you like to eat and drinks if you like. Plastic/paper cups welcome. Since it is a potluck and swap there will be a lot to do and clean up afterward. All help will be appreciated.- Vic
